The focus of this session is the psychology of taste and understanding patients’ taste preferences. Delegates will learn how external factors can influence patients’ attitudes to taste, providing them with new perspectives to bring to their clinical practice to encourage better patient compliance to ONS.The session will examine specifically how taste preferences vary for each individual and are shaped from an early age by numerous factors. Influences such as what people see, hear and feel impact their behaviour and choices.
